Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor George Carey Foster, Fellow of the Royal Society Encloses a voting paper made up from the circular list of applications which was sent round to members of the Library Committee [not enclosed]. Voting on these applications is practically unanimous with the exception of the case of Glasgow University. With this exception the opinions seem so decided that Harrison thinks he might act upon them as a vote of the Committee. Asks Foster's authority to act. 8 January 1902
