<dc:title>Copy letter from Alfred Bray Kempe, to Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth, Chairman of the Mathematic Committee and other Sectional Committee Chairmen</dc:title>
<dc:description>The cost for publishing papers in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' should not exceed about £1100 per annum. From November 1899 to October 1900 the cost totalled 1044-4-0. From November 1900 to June 1901 the papers involved an expenditure of 1048-15-0. If the increase in the number of papers is not controlled, a serious burden will be imposed upon the Royal Society's resources. </dc:description>
