Copy letter from Sir Michael Foster, to The Lord Esher, Secretary to H M Office of Works, Westminster, S.W. Esher's letter of 22 December stating that Her late Majesty The Queen had granted to the Commissioners of Works Bushy House and Grounds for the uses of the National Physical Laboratory, under the directions of the Royal Society, has been laid before President and Council.
