Copy letter from Sir Michael Foster, to Sir Clements Markham, Fellow of the Royal Society Markham's letter of 15 February regarding the reports and collections of the 'Discovery' was laid before President and Council, and they are of the opinion that as far as possible the reports and collections should be referred only to official bodies or person, not private individuals. 24 March 1902
