Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The Honorary Secretary, Joint Antarctic Committee At their last meeting President and Council considered the resolution passed by the Finance Committee of the Joint Antarctic Committee which recommended that the latter be give powers by the Royal Society and the Royal Geographical Society to make any transfer they think necessary from the Antarctic 'Discover' Fund to the Antarctic Tender Account to meet expenses incurred in the Expedition. President and Council approved this resolution. 15 January 1903
