Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr George Carmichael Low, London School of Tropical Medicine, Albert Docks, E. Messrs Baird & Tatlock have written to ask whether they have the authority to supply Low with apparatus exceeding £100. That was the sum Harrison was authorized to allot for equipment, and any request in excess of that sum will have to go before the Committee for approval. 24 May 1902
