<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Turner Thiselton-Dyer, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Following a meeting of the Library Committee Harrison has been directed to supply as far as possible from the stock in hand, all the deficiencies in Dyer's set of 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' later than 1800. Explains why they cannot supply the abridgments asked for. Regarding volumes 178 to 193 of series B, these ought to be in Dyer's possession since the [Kew] Herbarium Library has been on the Royal Society's list of exchange since 1887.</dc:description>
