Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Francis Darwin, Fellow of the Royal Society Harrison has written to Sir William Thiselton-Dyer asking if he will report on Freeman's paper. Professor Balfour was asked a second time to report on this paper, on Sir Michael Foster's authority, as Darwin was one of the previous referees, in view of the fact that his reason for declining in the first instance was that he then had too much work on hand. 9 October 1902
