  <dc:description>In response to Hill's request of the previous day the Secretaries forward herewith the despatch from His Majesty's Commissioner in Uganda, number 282, of the 23 October regarding Sleeping Sickness [not enclosed], which they retained up till now in order to be laid before the Sleeping Sickness Committee which met yesterday to consider the despatch and Hill's letter of 29[?] November. A reply to the letter will be sent in a few days. The Secretaries would be very glad to be furnished with a copy of Colonel Sadler's dispatch and enclosure for preservation among the papers dealing with the subject of Sleeping Sickness. </dc:description>
