<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, J Maitland Anderson, Librarian, The University of St Andrews, N.B.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Harrison is sorry that a misunderstanding over who accepts subscriptions for the International Catalogue meant that their enquiry was missed. Explains that it is erroneously perceived that the Royal Society collects subscriptions, whereas it is only responsible for guaranteeing a minimum subscription for the whole of the United Kingdom. This has not yet been reached, so St Andrews should be regarded as an original subscriber at the rate of £17 per annual issue.</dc:description>
