Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, William Dobinson Halliburton, Fellow of the Royal Society Regarding the paper by Macfayden recently reported to Halliburton, Sir Michael Foster felt justified in summarily accepting it for reading and printing as it was communicated by Lord Lister. Foster would like to have his confirmation of his action before the paper finally goes to publication. There is a loophole for revising this decision in Standing Order 38, but it is rarely used. 24 February 1903
