<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Professor Herbert Hall Turner, [Fellow of the Royal Society], University Observatory, Oxford</dc:title>
<dc:description>Sir Michael Foster directs Harrison to reply to Turner's letter to state that the matter of the Spectrographic[?] Chart of the Perth Observatory must be brought before Council. He believes that a case could be made for applying for a special grant from the Treasury through the Colonial Office. Foster suggests Turner should be prepared to handle the matter in the Council at their next meeting on 19 March.</dc:description>
