Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Professor Herbert Hall Turner, [Fellow of the Royal Society], University Observatory, Oxford Sir Michael Foster directs Harrison to reply to Turner's letter to state that the matter of the Spectrographic[?] Chart of the Perth Observatory must be brought before Council. He believes that a case could be made for applying for a special grant from the Treasury through the Colonial Office. Foster suggests Turner should be prepared to handle the matter in the Council at their next meeting on 19 March. 25 February 1903
