Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Dr [John William Watson] Stephens, [Fellow of the Royal Society] Sir Michael Foster apologizes for the confusion which has arisen around the reports he asked for. He wants two reports of different characters, one of the kind to meet the request of th Colonial Office, and another scientific memoir for the Committee. His report has been offered to the Colonial Office, and they have agreed to print it for circulation in the Colonies, and Foster has impressed Stephens' desire to reprint it in the Medical Journals. 27 February 1903
