Copy letter from Augustus Edward Hough Love to, Professor Joseph David Everett, Fellow of the Royal Society Regrets to inform him that it has been decided that his paper 'On Skew Refraction through a Lens, etc' should not be published in 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. The large amount of tabular matter relating to the assumed data of a special case, without which the paper would be rather slight, was thought undesirable. They would like the results in 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' in abstract form with all the plates. Gives detailed particulars of suggested modifications to extend the abstract satisfactorily. 13 March 1903
