<dc:title>Copy letter from Sir William Huggins to, The Honorable H B Lefroy, Agent General for Western Australia</dc:title>
<dc:description>Huggins is sorry that the Premier of Western Australia was offended by his expression 'breach of faith' regarding the matter of the International Astrographic Chart. Huggins clarifies that he had a right to state that British Astronomy would be held to be guilty of a breach of faith if this important undertaking were to lapse, leaving a gap in the great work of the Chart. Withdraws the expression as it seems to have conveyed another meaning.</dc:description>
