<dc:title>Copy letter from Joseph Larmor to, Alfred Spencer, L C Council</dc:title>
<dc:description>The documents Spencer mentioned in his letter of 19 January have been received. Larmor proposes to print Spencer's memo for circulation among experts in the Royal Society, together with a statement that the L C C would probably co-operate with an authoritative Scientific Advisory Committee.

Larmor understands that the L C C will have an opportunity of stating its views to a Treasury Committee on the administration and uses of the grant of the Meteorological Council, which us concerned with fog, though not with smoke.</dc:description>
