Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Professor Simon Newcomb, Foreign Member of the Royal Society Newcomb's letter will be passed on to Sir Michael Foster. In the meantime, Harrison sends a summons to the Council meeting of the International Association at Whitsuntide. A copy was sent to America as soon as he had heard from Professor Agassiz that he was delegate, but Harrison did not know he was then in Europe. 18 May 1903
