<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison to, Professor [Joseph] Larmor, Secretary of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Sending a letter which was brought here by Mr Longhurst, as it was urgent Harrison sent it to the President, as asked him to draft a letter to the Treasury at once. When Larmor spoke to him about the notice to the Treasury of the proposed change in the National Physical Laboratory's scheme of organization, Harrison failed to recollect that a letter had already gone to the Treasury signed by Sir Michael Foster.</dc:description>
