<dc:title>Copy letter from Sir Michael Foster to, Major [Ronald] Ross, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Foster's last letter to Ross was sent before he received the telegram. He has brought the whole matter before Lister, the Chairman and he has advised that no action should be taken until the Committee has had the opportunity to consider the matter again.

At the meeting on 17 June, Foster feels it is his duty to call attention to certain expressions in Ross's letter.</dc:description>
