<dc:title>Copy letter from Michael Foster, to the Under Secretary State for India</dc:title>
<dc:description>In consequence of the Under Secretary's reply to Foster's enquiry as to the publication of Captain James' report on the anti-malarial operations at Mian Mir 1901-1902, the Royal Society is now publishing a report in the 'Reports to the Malaria Committee'. The results recorded by Captain James, though of great value, are not absolutely conclusive, and Foster is directed to suggest that the Government of India should encourage Captain James to continue and complete his important experiment. </dc:description>
