Copy letter from A H White, to Professor Robert Bellamy Clifton, Fellow of the Royal Society Encloses a letter from Professor [Horace] Lamb in reference to his paper 'On the Propagation of Tremors over the Surface of an Elastic Solid [not enclosed]'. Before he went away Professor [Joseph] Larmor ordered the paper to be printed when returned by the author. There is a matter in the letter regarding an extra note to be added which Clifton ought to be acquainted with. Asks if Clifton authorizes printing. 15 August 1903
