Both Sir M Foster and Professor [Joseph] Larmor have seen it, and subject to some doubt as to the proper order of the items towards the end, think it will do. Asks if Crookes will look the menu over and send it on to Major MacMahon with any comments and requests MacMahon to return it with his own comments to Harrison. 13 November 1903
