Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Captain Keltie, Honorary Secretary, Royal Artillery Library, Woolwich On examining the signed acknowledgement forms for presentation copies of the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' sent to Institutions during October this year, they find that volumes A 199, A 200, and B 195, were acknowledged as having been received by the Librarian of the Non-Commissioned Officers' Royal Artillery Library, having been apparently mis-delivered. 16 November 1903
