<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Lord Kelvin [William Thomson], Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reply to Kelvin's letter of 8 December, Sir John Ardagh's certificate has already been suspended five times and is therefore ineligible for suspension again. Fellows were reminded in a circular in July that no candidature can continue for more than five years on the same certificate. If Kelvin wishes to continue to support Ardagh's candidature a new certificate should be made out. </dc:description>
