Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Augustus George Vernon Harcourt, Fellow of the Royal Society Larmor communicates the decision of Council on the matter of printing the paper appended to the certificate of L [Leveson Francis] Vernon Harcourt, relaying their decision that, due to the misunderstandings relating to his certificate of candidature, they have agreed to the signatories being allowed to add a brief abstract of the unsigned separate paper. It is reiterated that only a brief abstract is to be added, and the Council have instructed the Officers to that effect. 21 January 1904
