Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Thomas George Bonney, Fellow of the Royal Society Harrison has discovered, as expected, that the First Lord of the Treasury establishing relations with the Scientific Relief Committee was the subject of a Council minute, and the position of the matter was recorded in a minute of the Committee, of which he sends a copy. He is making a reference on the Committee notice to what Bonney told him. 5 February 1904
