<dc:title>Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to The Under Secretary of State, Colonial Office, Whitehall, S.W.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Mr Lucas' letter of 5 November was brought before a specially summoned meeting of the Tropical Diseases Committee. While they fully recognised the importance of the aid to the investigation of diseases offered by the scheme of the Colonial Office, they felt that before any action is taken in regard to it, the proposed arrangement is one which should be first considered by President and Council.</dc:description>
