To the General Board: Sir William [de Wiveleslie] Abney, Sir Benjamin Baker, Leslie Robertson, [Richard] Threlfell. Sir William [de Wiveleslie] Abney and Mr Hadfield in place of Dr Shaw and Sir R Samuelson who retire from the Executive Committee.
