Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Henry Crowther, Royal Institution of Cornwall, Truro Rix explains that the delay in responding to his application was due to it arriving just after a meeting of the committee which deals with requests for publication exchange, which only meets twice a year. At the most recent meeting the application was considered, but they returned a negative response. Rix returns the specimen copies of their journal [not included]. 13 March 1889
