Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to James Forrest, Secretary of the Institute of Civil Engineers Rix states that there is no separate print of the Charters and Supplemental Charters, but they can be found in full at the end of Weld's 'History of the Royal Society'. He notes that the existing Statutes of the Royal Society would be of little value, as a Committee is currently sitting to revise them, with a new issue to be released as soon as the Committee's work has been concluded. 11 January 1890
