Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to D J Thorburn, Geological Survey, Sussex Street, Ottawa [Canada] In response to Thorburn's letter of 26 February, Rix informs him that volumes seven and eight cover the decade 1863-1873. He provides the prices at which these are sold to the public for half-morocco and cloth, and to Fellows of the Royal Society. Rix also notes that they will, for a short time, be offered at a reduced price to Fellows. 7 May 1889
