<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Thomas Andrews, Fellow of the Royal Society</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix presumes that as part two of 'Electro-chemical Effects' appeared in 'Proceedings of the Royal Society', that Andrews is willing for part three to also appear in 'Proceedings'. If, however, he wishes for it to be referred for 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' he should wire Rix to that effect, as the paper is due to be sent to the printer tomorrow.</dc:description>
