<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, [Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rix has been informed by Dr George Buchanan that he has consented to be a delegate representing the Royal Society at the International Congress of Hygiene and Statistics, but he does not know if Dr Edward Ballard has also agreed. If Ballard has agreed, he asks if any letter to that effect has gone to the Secretaries, and states that none have 'gone from here'.

In case Foster has not written from Cambridge, Rix encloses a draft letter [not included] for him to sign.</dc:description>
