<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to S Sinclair, Secretary, Australian Museum, Sydney</dc:title>
<dc:description>Acknowledges receipt of Sinclair's letter of 9 August 1889 addressed to Michael Foster, reference 263/a.17, and informs him that the Royal Society is sending fifty copies of Dr Lendenfeld's monograph to the care of Messrs Trübner & Company to be forwarded to the Trustees of the Australian Museum, with a second fifty to be sent when they hear from them again.

Rix also refers to a list of institutions and individuals to whom they are sending presentation copies, but the list is absent from the copy letter, with a reference to the Council Minutes of 20 June 1889 instead.</dc:description>
