Copy letter from Hetbert Rix, to the Secrétaire du Conseil de l'association francaise pour l'avancement des sciences, Hôtel des Sociétés savantes, Rue Serpente, 28, Paris In response to their letter of 9 October, Rix replies that the numbers missing from their set of 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' were sent by post from the Society's printing office, and so asks that they make a further search for them. If they are not found, Rix advises checking the address which their publisher places on the postal wrappers. 21 October 1889
