Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Fred Horsman, Hollybrook, Colchester Rix has noticed that in their list of public contributors published in the 'Journal of Horticulture' there is the name of 'A H Smee, Esq, FRS [Fellow of the Royal Society]'. Rix wishes to know if this is a misprint or whether Smee has used these letters himself, as the Royal Society has no such name on their list of Fellows. 8 November 1889
