<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, [Royal Society]</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Sir,
I have noted some remarks on the proposed alterations in statutes which I will show you when you call here. The special object of this note, however, is to say that you ought certainly before Thursday to read the report of the "Election Statutes Committee" in the Council Minutes for 1875, Vol IV, p 206. You should also look at a motion by General Strachey. Vol IV p 190 of same minutes.
Yours obediently
H Rix
Asst Sec [Assistant Secretary]'. </dc:description>
