<dc:title>Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to [John William Strutt] Lord Rayleigh, [Royal Society]</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'My Lord,
Sir John Conroy's paper is longish, though short for a Transactions paper: I find that Sir John Conroy is uncertain whether to put it in to 'Proceedings' ['Proceedings of the Royal Society']. He said he should write & ask your Lordship's advice. Perhaps it had better be referred? Or shall I send the MS. [manuscript] to Terling?
Yours obediently
H Rix
