Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Charles Chree, [Fellow of the Royal Society] If they print Chree's [?] note it is proposed to add a footnote. The results of the first part of this paper were worked out as a verification before Mr Malevch's[?] paper was printed, they were considered to have been sufficiently indicated in a footnote appended to that paper. The main result is also shown in Poynting and Thomson's textbook of Physics. Asks if Chree will send his revise. 17 January 1905
