Asks that in future accounts are rendered in a clearer form. Explains that there is a discrepancy between the Society's record of messages and the Post Offices charges which it is impossible to explain without a more detailed statement of charges than they furnish. Asks when the proposed simpler switchboard is to be installed, notes particular problems operating his own extension line. 7 February 1905
