Encloses Sir Norman Lockyer's reply to Mr Newall's criticism with reference to the paper on mu Centauri, together with a note by Mr Dyson, to whom Larmor referred the paper on receipt of the author's letter [no enclosures]. In view of Dyson's report, Larmor has authorized the printing of the paper in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]'.</dc:description>
