<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Major Butler, Army Veterinary College, Aldershot</dc:title>
<dc:description>Is sending Butler documents which form enclosures in the Report of the Board of Scientific Advice for India [not enclosed], which was recently circulated to the members of the Indian Advisory Veterinary sub-committee.

Sir M Foster considered no valuable opinion could be formed on the report without seeing these enclosures, and the Chairman has accordingly instructed Harrison to circulate them among the Committee members.

Sir M Foster has had them, and Harrison now sends them on to Butler and asks them to be returned with any comments, as soon as possible. </dc:description>
