Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Major Butler, Army Veterinary College, Aldershot Is sending Butler documents which form enclosures in the Report of the Board of Scientific Advice for India [not enclosed], which was recently circulated to the members of the Indian Advisory Veterinary sub-committee. Sir M Foster considered no valuable opinion could be formed on the report without seeing these enclosures, and the Chairman has accordingly instructed Harrison to circulate them among the Committee members. Sir M Foster has had them, and Harrison now sends them on to Butler and asks them to be returned with any comments, as soon as possible. 28 June 1905
