<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Peter Chalmers Mitchell, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Mitchell's proposals about the International Catalogue were duly received but, being addressed to Dr [Joseph] Larmor personally, they went out to Ireland after him. Larmor bought them back in time for Council and Council decided that the memorandum should be placed in the hands of the Royal Society delegates at the International Convention this month.

Asks Mitchell to address all communications on the business of the Royal Society officially to the Secretaries, and not to individuals. </dc:description>
