Copy letter from Archibald Geikie, to Professor [John] Milne, [Fellow of the Royal Society] Milne's ['Discovery'] earthquake register has arrived safely and Geikie is sending it at once to Dr [William Napier] Shaw. Asks if Milne will pay the enclosed bill [not enclosed], and return it receipted together with a note of his expenses for his two assistants and the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe] will make out a cheque for the whole amount. 17 July 1905
