Asks if it is worth while sending round the proofs of reports Bruce brought yesterday to the Committee for information, without immediate prospect of a meeting. Queries if Bruce thinks the preliminary notes of reports which are to come in fuller form, are worth printing under current circumstances, or whether they should wait for the fuller reports. 11 October 1905
