Copy letter from Alfred Bray Kempe, to Messrs Daniel Smith Son & Oakley, 10 Waterloo Place, Pall Mall, S.W. Encloses a copy of a letter from Messrs Few & Company with regard to the Wharton Road property. In the last paragraph the Messrs suggest Smith Son & Oakley provide a report. Kempe did not have the matter under consideration but would be obliged for a report so that if necessary he may bring it to the attention of Council. 13 November 1905
