Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Sir William Niven, [Fellow of the Royal Society] Larmor explains that the referees for the [George Udny] Yule paper disagree, with [Alfred North] Whitehead being for publication in full. Mathews and Pearson's letters are sent with the paper, so that Niven and his successor may make a definite recommendation. Larmor agrees with Mathews. A postscript notes that the paper by Whitehead looks as though it may go to press, but asks if he would wait to summon the Committee by the middle of January. 14 December 1905
