<dc:title>Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Sir William Niven, [Fellow of the Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Larmor explains that the referees for the [George Udny] Yule paper disagree, with [Alfred North] Whitehead being for publication in full. Mathews and Pearson's letters are sent with the paper, so that Niven and his successor may make a definite recommendation. Larmor agrees with Mathews.

A postscript notes that the paper by Whitehead looks as though it may go to press, but asks if he would wait to summon the Committee by the middle of January.</dc:description>
