Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr Charles Chree, Fellow of the Royal Society Harrison explains that, in response to Chree's letter of 10 March, that the Observatories Committee decided all the correspondence should be referred to the sub-committee and that Chree should be asked to write a memorandum to be sent to the India Office on the sub-committee's authority.
