Copy letter from Professor Joseph Larmor, to John William Strutt, President of the Royal Society The Physics Committee are to make a decision about Barlow [Dr Walter Sydney Lazarus-Barlow], and will want to know Strutt's opinion about Barlow and [Arthur William] Rücker. Larmor is uncertain from whom he should seek a second opinion regarding a settlement and asks if Strutt can nominate a referee, such as Arthur Schuster or Thomson. Larmor suggests the best solution would be to repeat the observations. 5 April 1906
