<dc:title>Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Henry Preece, Fellow of the Royal Society, Gothic Lodge, Wimbledon</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reply to Preece's letter of 24 July, under the new Statute Professor Ernest Wilson's certificate is valid up to 21 February 1907 which is before the date of the election of that year, but Harrison has received authority to extend the time of the certificates which were sent in before the change of Statutes, so as to cover the date of election in the year when their validity ceases. Will take Preece's letter as a request for the re-suspension of Wilson's certificate, but this will be the last time this certificate can be resuspended. </dc:description>
